Ramil Baratang, M.D.
Psychiatrist
Dr. Ramil Baratang joined Cedar Crest Clinic in 2005.
Medical School: University of the East-Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, Philippines, 1991
Internship: Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Philippines, 1992
Residency: General Psychiatry, University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas 1996
Fellowship: Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas 1998
Dr. Baratang has a special interest in ADHD, pervasive developmental disorders/autism spectrum disorders, mental retardation, and psychopharmacology in children.

Taghi Shafie, M.D.
Psychiatrist
Dr. Taghi Shafie received his medical degree in 1973 from the University of Isfahan, Iran, followed by completion of a one-year psychiatry residency through the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and a second year of residency in neurology through Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. After 28 years of professional experience in Houston, he has joined Cedar Crest Clinic in Killeen, Texas, to provide outpatient services to the Central Texas community.

Teresa Oldham
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Terri Oldham, LCSW, who currently works at Cedar Crest Hospital & Cedar Clinic, teaches in the graduate school of Social Work at Baylor University. She has worked with families in a variety of contexts, including the prison system, juvenile probation, hospital, hospice and in private practice. She enjoys working with teens, adults, and older adults and her passions include teaching, reading, providing supervision for newly-graduated social workers, and walking alongside her clients and families as they move towards wholeness.

Brent Wheeler
Licensed Professional Counselor
Brent Wheeler, MA, PA, LPC, LSSP Licensed Professional Counselor, Psychological Associate, and School Psychologist with comprehensive training across specialties, settings, and age groups. Ability and training in comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessment techniques and therapy, parent education/training, behavior management. Settings include both urban and rural schools, neuro-rehabilitation, emergency psychiatry, juvenile detention, Family Systems Therapy, and play therapy. Experience as a principal in large urban area. Currently in a group practice in Belton and Killeen, Texas and in solo practice in Austin, working with clinical and non-clinical populations.
